Refugee Action York are very proud and excited to announce that we have been awarded a Bronze Award from the National Resource Centre for Supplementary Education (NRCSE) for the Turkish teaching we offer as part of our drop-in service. At the moment we are the only supplementary school in York to have an award from the organisation. The Bronze Award shows that a supplementary school has put in place the procedures and policies to run both effectively and safely. We now hope to go on to achieve the Silver and Gold Awards.

RAY would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has helped us to achieve this award, especially everyone at the NRCSE and at Shpresa Programme (an Albanian supplementary school from London who are our mentors).
